This asshole stole this slogan from the 1987 Camp Sequoia Staff Basketball Team ("Get 'er Done!"), which I believe may have been stolen by my counselor (and one of the team best players) DeRon Upchurch, from whatever bumblefuck hometown he came from - maybe these two idiots are related?
