Bowling For Haircuts

Oh, Boy: It seems Newsweek has uncovered the growing tragedy of bad haircuts among our nation's children. So sad, those poor, scowling, bowl-cut boys.

Fuck "The Boy Crisis" - What about The BOY BAND Crisis? The country is in serious need of bringing these lads back into the limelight again!

Oh, Justin, why did have to go solo?? Come back to NSYNC, PLEASE!!!

98 Degrees, why hast thou forsaken me? It's all the fault of that strumpet Jessica Simpson. Burn her at the stake, I say!!!

The Backstreet Boys reuniting is just a first step - we're gonna need to take our message to the streets, people! Who's with me?

This is the type of comment you were so eager to post, eh?

Perhaps I should turn on that moderation option again. And conveniently forget to check it for several weeks.

You consistently disappoint me here, Bones.

Where is your willingness to play along?

Is this supposed to be a serious forum only? Judging by your caption below the Newsweek headline, I was lead to believe we were supposed to follow your lead and mock the headline, the picture, or both. If you are looking for true feedback, why not comment on the actual essence of the cover story - that the pendulum has convincingly swung far to the other side in our educational system, which at one point was seen to provide little incentive for girls to seek higher education and/or careers. Now it seems that classrooms are specifically catering to girls' strengths and outright ignoring the many weaknesses of the boys.

Please, enlighten us with your worldly views, Dick Bones the scholar. Otherwise, it's back to misogynistic and homophobic humor 24/7 for me!!!

And what happened to my other comments? Are you ever going to post them?

Oh wait - that should have been "...led to believe..." in my last comment.

Better not let the grammar police catch me again.

Hope this comment meets your standards.

Commentary need not be serious. Just funny.

Keep up the good effort!

And all previous comments seem to have been lost in space. Please repost, if possible (and funny).
