Not top 5, but I remember catching a good Burt Flick on HBO back in the 80s called "Heat". I just looked it up on IMDB, and Bones - get this, Joe Klecko is in the cast! That's gotta bump it up into at least the #3 slot on your list now, no?
You forgot about "The End" and "Hooper" which are among his best. Honorable mention to "City Heat" with Clint Eastwood.
