A building in Harlem is sold to a group handpicked by the tenants so they won't freeze their asses off again this winter without heat or hot water. And residents of an Upper East Side building square off with their landlord who says he wants to convert the entire 6-story building into private housing for himself, his wife and two kids and his sister-in-law's family.
