The statement I agreed with the most came at the very end - "It is depressing to have to restate these obvious precepts" - not that I could have stated them as well as this guy. I guess what's so obvious to the educated and enlightened few, and so far out of reach of the global ingnorant masses (this country included), is one of the main reasons why I rarely debate religion or politics. Actually, my first reaction to this whole cartoon fiasco was: If muslims NEVER see Mohammed depicted visually, how do they even know what he looks like? Who's to say the guy in the cartoon with a bomb for a head wasn't just some dude named "Mo" with a strange haircut?
